With their extensive range of water-sports, the nearby lakes at Bütgenbach and Robertville are the ideal locations for sports fans. In winter, the numerous skiing opportunities in the area also offer many kilometres of piste for hobby sportsmen and professionals alike.

Very close by is the famous racecourse Spa-Francorchamps, where fans of motor-sports can visit races throughout the entire year. The best known of these is, of course, the annual summer Formula 1 race.

Sports fans can find everything they wish. The Belgian Eifel region is criss-crossed with numerous hiking routes and bicycle routes, through and around the nature reserve Hohes Venn, making it the ideal location for nature lovers. Furthermore, there are the nearby picturesque towns and villages, such as Monschau and Malmedy, where you can stop for a coffee in idyllic surroundings.
